There is no measured time for this as it is not like a tank that you see outside. The testes make and deliver sperms and the secretions of the sex glands is continuous. Nothing is speeded or reduced.

I am suffering from early ejeculation during masturbation with normal speed action, even stop-start , squeeze method doesn't work. It just feels like testis unable to hold semen & needs to be thrown out. What can i do? will this happen in actual sex?
