Sometime ago i got melted candle wax blown in my eyes..... i ignored all signs that it might be infected so now i am left with a swell that won't go away it feels hard.... what should i do?

What you have to do, as quickly as possible, is go seek professional care. An eye specialist will be able to diagnose the cause off your "swell" and determine the correct cause of action. Important that you be treated as soon as possible.

Please tell us what you mean by swell and perhaps post a photo. The term swell is not part of our medical vocabulary, so we don't know exactly what you are describing. You may also see an eye MD in person or request a paid consult online to start.
