Every month i get to feeling nauseous. this has been going on for several years. lately it has gotten worse. what could it be? should i see a dr?

Timing with periods?: If the nausea is accompanying your periods, and if you take ibuprofen/motrin/pamprin for period pain the nausea could be from the ibuprofen. Some women get migraines on monthly cycles with their periods, and migraine can present with mostly nausea and without much headache. Sometimes birth control pills can regulate or prevent this. Talk to your gynecologist, there are other possibiliities too.
