Vaginal lumps or sores sometimes happen for no reason & resolve spontaneously. However, some may be caused by skin disorders or they may be symptoms of a sexually transmitted infection or other illness. Cysts, vulvovaginitis & infected lesions are among possible causes. I therefore suggest you get an exam from a gynecologist as soon as possible to be properly diagnosed & treated. I wish you well!
