I have multiple lumps on scrotum and it's growing, i don't know if it is a scrotal cyst. it's very itchy at night. please help?

It is possible that it can be pimples from buildup of dirt in the pores from poor hygiene or sweating, or it could be genital herpes, or a cyst. Nothing should be growing on the lads. you need to go let your doctor take a look. They could be cysts, abscesses or folliculitis. It's just easier and safer when there are so many possibilities, to have a professional actually look at the problem.
