I took trazodone 250 mg two days ago and had a drug test for a job today. i have the prescription bottle but it was given to me a year and a half ago. will the trazodone show up in my urine test? will it be ok if the script was written 1.5 years ago?

IT IS NOT LIKLEY THAT IT WILL SHOW UP IN THE TEST. THE TESTS ARE FOR OPIOIDS AND ILLEGAL DRUGS.

I concur with Dr Waggmarae. The substances that usually are screened for includes alcohol, cannabis, benzodiazepines, opioids, and illicit drugs. If I understood correctly, your prescription bottle was filled 1.5 year ago, which is still valid, but I do recommend you followup with your prescribing provider for monitoring and management of your mental and physical health.
