Trazodone: Having worked in an emergency room, the urine drug screen targets specific types of substances (cannabis, pcp, cocaine, opiates, amphetamines). There have been reports that trazodone can cause a false positive for amphetamine. However, trazodone is metabolized within 72 hours (3 days), so i doubt that anything would show up on the urine screen results.
