Are you healed internally from c section by 7 weeks? is risk of internal dehiscence low by that point?

Generally, without infection present, the wound should be healed if closed properly in layers.

Healing is 98% complete by 6 weeks, so normal activity is fine at that point and risk of dehiscence is low. However, because that final 2% of healing can take many months we recommend you wait at least a year before attempting another pregnancy.
