Can anyone give some advice on a inner ear condition called: superior canal dehiscence syndrome?

Positional vertigo: This is an uncommon condition but it is the result of loss of bone surrounding the superior semicircular canal, a part of the balance mechanism of the inner ear. If you are having recurrent incapacitating true vertigo, an otologist (ear surgeon) can repair this problem.
