Dizziness : It is hard to tell. She will benefit from medical attention to get adequate history and physical exam. This will lead to adequate diagnosis and therapy. It is possible she could have an inner ear problem like ménière's disease or migraine. But more serious conditions may need to be considered. Hope she feels well soon.
