I took an unwanted 72 pill last night before having my dinner. within 1 hour i had my dinner and after sometime i feel urge to poop so i used the washroom. is there any need to take another pill or is the first one considered as missed pill ?

The pill contents are absorbed from the upper intestines just past the stomach.. The content of your poop is generally debris that has been in your digestive tract for 2-4 days that occupied the last segment of your large intestines. I don't see how the pill contents could jump ahead of the existing debris to exit the anus. I see no need to repeat the pill.
