Photodermatitis: More than 90% of reactions to sunlight are polymorphous light eruption (pmle) which develops 3-4 days after intense sun exposure particularly at beginning of summer, then tends to improve. Many conditions can cause light sensitivity, like lupus, porphyria, medications, even juices of certain fruit and vegs, such as limes. Sunscreens with physical blockers help but diagnosis is necessary first.
