Not likely to be harmful but did you develop any rash on your hands afterwards? Did you wash your hands afterwards? In any case, if you developed no rash or other symptoms, it is very likely not harmful. If you have a rash, it could be an allergic reaction and your doctor can help with that! Best of luck to you!
