I took 3 hormone birth control pills in april. then april to june my period was super heavy and horrible pms. we are now in month 5 the bad pms has subsided but my periods are still starting 4-5 days early and would last 7 days. how do i regulate?

Assuming you are not now taking combination oral BCP's, ask your GYN physician about taking a type of oral bcp which will suppress ovarian erratic ovulation/production of estrogen, but make certain the bcp's are taken punctually, within the hour of the prior day's pill, to reduce withdrawal bleeding from the low dose BCP's used currently.
