I experience periods that are a month long. i cant take combination pills. one option is taking provera 10 days a month my obgyn said. i took provera once before it caused heavier bleeding didnt stop. can the provera cause that or was it a fluke ?

If the provera is not controlling the bleeding there is another similar pill but stronger called aygestin 5mg tabs which can help, discuss it with your OBGYN.
