Probably not: Probably allergies or cold. If your child has not yet seen a dentist (preferably a pediatric dental specialist) you're overdue. Although most general dentists say wait until2-3, that's late for developmental evaluation which is part of a pediatric dental specialists training during their post-dental school residency.
