At your age that feeling of orgasm during sleep may happen naturally without ejaculation and it is probably not related to taking tamsulosin. You are still young so I wonder why you are taking tamsulosin.

It is probably best to discuss with prescribing Dr. It is not a commonly reported side effect of tamulosin, & if it does not recur & you don’t have low blood pressure or other issues, it is probably not something to worry about
