Pyloric stenosis is uncommon in an infant three months of age, and will cause symptoms of projectile regurgitation. If there was a cardiac evaluation, you may be referring to a mild Pulmonary artery stenosis. There is a mild narrowing of the artery carrying blood to the lungs If there is any change in feeds, growth or breathing close follow up is recommended. Please see your physician.
