Pyloric stenosis is uncommon in an infant three months of age, and will cause symptoms of projectile regurgitation. If the disease is considered "mild", and "failure to thrive " (not meeting weight gain milestones) is a concern of your pediatrician, get a second opinion, but this will usually correct without surgical intervention.

"lpa" seems to be an unusual abbreviation or a typing error. Needs clarification!

If there was a cardiac evaluation, you may be referring to a mild Pulmonary artery stenosis. There is a mild narrowing of the artery carrying blood to the lungs If there is any change in feeds, growth or breathing close follow up is recommended. Please see your physician.
