You'll need to brush thoroughly for two minutes, and then floss between each tooth. That will help, but may not be enough. Hardened calculus needs to be professionally removed by a hygienist or dentist. Limit sugary, sticky snacks. The lockdown is finite. And how long did you go before the lock-down without professional dental care? There is good reason for regular 6 month professional care. Brushing 2x/day and especially flossing 1x/day should slow down the spread of your dental disease, but professional care is required to put you back into good health. CALL a dentist and discuss options.
