Regular exercise should help. , Start exercising, begin with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity so that you sweat profusely. With those symptoms I would see a physician or rheumatologist to be evaluated for polymyalgia rheumatica or fibromyalgia. In my opinion, at age 16 your symptoms are distinctly abnormal. Polymyalgia is basically a disorder of older people but has bee described in young adults. Fibromyalgia definitely can occur in teenagers.
