Lichen planus: The "skin" in the mouth is the mucosal lining. You might have a type of lichen planus... A benign mucosal disorder that is causing this.

Oral lesions: Would still recommend seeing a dermatologist or oral surgeon to evaluate this and ensure this is something not serious.
