We can't say. The various HPV vaccines were first approved in the early 2000's after 2 decades of research & development. We suspect there will give decades worth of protective antibody levels but must have data spanning 6-8 decades before we can say it is lifelong. We do have data showing decline in frequency of the strains covered by the vaccine in the vaccinated population.
