Lose weight: If you are overweight, and part of your breast mass is fatty. But if you are at or near your ideal weight and/or your breasts are predominantly glandular and not fat (more common in young women), then only breast reduction surgery can reduce your size. There are no creams, hormones, or "natural" supplements that can take the place of well-performed plastic surgery.

Breast reduction: Some women develop very large breasts during the teen years: d plus cup sizes that interfere with activities and make it hard to buy clothes that fit. There is no proven non-surgical way to significantly reduce these large breasts. Breast reduction surgery can reliably result in smaller breasts that are more proportional and pleasing in appearance.
