If epididymitis is persistent or recurring, obstruction can prevent successful ejaculation. See a urologist for appropriate examination and treatment .

ejaculation is the culmination of sexual excitement. just watching movies might not do that. Either intercourse or masturbation results in ejaculation. If it does not happen after that then you consult a Urologist. You either had epididymitis or not. 'Mild' does not apply there.
