A member asked:

My ena panel test (control (co)) came out +++ strong positive. what does this mean?

I assume you've been experiencing symptoms suspicious of an autoimmune disorder. An ENA panel is usually ordered when an ANA has come back positive. There are subtypes to check further. It's best to consult a rheumatologist to evaluate and advise you. Significance of a positive ENA still requires clinical correlation.
