How long do migraines usually last ? ive been heaving a headache for the past week or 2, from waking up to going to sleep. its a pressure feeling i feel in my right eye as well,. and slightly in my cheeks. also feel dizzy?

Migraine visual auras usually last 20-40 minutes but the headache, if there is one, can be much longer. Your associated symptoms are not typical for a migraine, so after two weeks, it’s time to consult your doctor.
