I got my first covid shot on 8/18 and was supposed to get my period on sept 4th. could the shot be delaying my period? im very regular last time i missed a period i was pregnant but i took an early pregnancy test and it showed negative?

Covid immunization should not delay a period. Take another pregnancy test, and see a trusted ob-gyn to discuss options if test is positive or period does not start spontaneously within three weeks.
