I took a deep breath in front of a stove where you cant even see the handles it is so dusty and saw dust move. is this any more harmful than living in dusty accommodation? i have no symptoms?

Fortunately, human lungs have a mechanism by which they can eliminate mucus and fine particles. Unless you have congenitally abnormal cilia or smoke, you should clear dust. Wiping down dusty surfaces with a damp cloth is a good idea to reduce irritation from particles causing sneezing, coughing, etc.
