A member asked:

If my blood pressure is 100 over 60s in the daytime should i be concerned about hypotension at night? should i have a sleep study done?

Your blood pressure is normal and it would not be higher during sleep. Unless you have day time drowsiness, you have not stated any symptoms that would warrant a sleep study. A usual sleep study does not monitor blood pressure.

Agree with Dr Singh as you do not indicate any signs or symptoms of a sleep disorder so a sleep study appears not indicated
