Valium is habit forming and not commonly used in the treatment of fibromyalgia. Would suggest confirming with your prescriber goals and duration of Valium or diazepam treatment.

There is absolutely no evidence that Valium is useful to treat fibromyalgia, and several other medications have shown far better outcomes. Perhaps, a second opinion from a rheumatologist?
