Practice stretching: If the foreskin comes back partly, one can practice stretching it for 30 seconds, daily in the shower. If the foreskin won't come back at all, then a primary care doctor or a urologist can take a look to see if any special cream is needed to help the skin be more stretchable. If a tight foreskin pulls back completely for the first time, pull it forward after a few seconds and practice again later.
