Check with your prescribing doctor and seek his/her guidance. I believe that it is an expected side effect which should settle down in 2-3 weeks despite continued treatment.

Yes it is possible to have jittery feelings. My suggestion is to try to take the medication at night, hopefully these feelings will resolve. If they don’t resolve then I would suggest discussing that with your prescribing physician
