Keeping in mind the previous response from Doctor M, the less expensive brands are not as well purified as the more expensive brands. This can cause "fish burp" and fish smell during BM. Look for a combo of #PA and DHA to be 50% of the total mgs of each soft gel. Cheaper brands are 20 to 30% and typically purified once rather than twice. Peace and good health.
