Can i have longterm effects of a medical abortion?

Very rarely: Complications of abortions are very rare - under 2% for abortions less than 12 weeks gestation. Long term complications are even rarer, and complications of medical abortions are rarer still. If there is a complication, the most common one is an infection.

Should not: Assuming that your procedure was done competently, you should not have any lasting physical effects.
