I went for abortion in june that time i was a month pregnant, after abortion my symptoms went away and i thought everything was fine, i haven't had sex after abortion. i took a test in the beginning of august and it came back positive, should i go?

You should consult your gynecologist who will send you for more accurate testing to confirm that the abortion was complete and you are no longer pregnant. Since you haven't had sex after the abortion, this wouldn't be a new pregnancy either.
