Are you?: If you had a termination of pregnancy 5 weeks ago, why would you need a pregnancy test on week 4? If you have been having unprotected sex immediately after your termination then, yes, it is possible that you are pregnant again. If you are worried that the surgery did not go well and that you might still be pregnant, that has been known to happen. See a doctor to examine you.
