Masturbation: Norms: There are very little if any medical reasons limiting one's sexual life or activity. The only 'don'ts" i can think of would be not to do this in public and not to do it so many times in a row that the friction rubs the skin raw. The 'do's" are that sexuality enhances the human experience. It is a normal and common practice that every man you know participates in.
