Tender breast is a common adverse effect of Combi Patch but the symptom should improve by time.

"Combi Patch" is a hormone combination prescriptive "replacement therapy", and similar to a sustained use of oral contraceptives "without an (arbitrary) break" in use, breast tenderness will occur. Stopping the Combi Patch will allow soreness to remit, but continued usage may sustain the breast tenderness.
