Forgive my frankness: Whoever has told you that "natural is good, everything else is bad" has done you a disservice. Vitamins / supplements work for other entities but are only placebos here. Benzoyl peroxide is nature's own oxygen within a naturally-occurring molecule. Topical Clindamycin and systemic antibiotics are both nature's gifts, and the oral contraceptive pill may clear a young woman. Be savvy & good luck.
