Hello sir i am 28 years old having weird sensation in front of my head for last six days slur speech and lethargic movement please tell me the reasons regards?

The head sensation and slurred speech alone should have sent you to an emergency room. Now, 6 days into it and accompanied by a change in the way you move makes me think perhaps less of stroke and more of MS. You need a thorough Neurological evaluation. Call your doctor, or the nurse advice line for your health insurance if you don’t have a doctor. Or just go to the ER. Don’t wait.
