The head sensation and slurred speech alone should have sent you to an emergency room. Now, 6 days into it and accompanied by a change in the way you move makes me think perhaps less of stroke and more of MS. You need a thorough Neurological evaluation. Call your doctor, or the nurse advice line for your health insurance if you don’t have a doctor. Or just go to the ER. Don’t wait.
