Clean it well and contact your doc. There is some risk of bacterial infection from the dogs mouth. (antibiotics may be prudent) If the person & dog are up to date on shots neither tetanus vaccine or rabies prophylaxis would be needed. However, if the dogs history is unknown or the person is not current with tetanus, both would be considered.
