Transmission of an order can take as little as few seconds to never in case prescription is sent to a different pharmacy or the prescriber forgets to send it. I have had also rare events when the pharmacy claimed they never got a prescription while at my end I received a confirmation receipt. Start your inquiry with the pharmacist.
