I'm a 32 yr old. two vaginal deliveries, uncomplicated. i have had a small uterine polyp for years (1cm) and it's on my mind alot. found out about endosee advance(in office hysteroscopy). would it be less painful because of my deliveries?

If the polyp were significant, it would have been removed at the time of office hysteroscopy. If it not causing any symptoms or complications, it is insignificant and should be ignored as long as things don't change.

Had a hysteroscopy, my gynae said everything looked normal apart from a very small sessile polyp at the entrance to the uterus. Could this have been confused with a cancerous tumour? I dont think it was removed at the time. Endometrialbiopsies taken?
