A member asked:

What are the chances of having the same hla, rh and abo between two unrelated people ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Just as with ABO blood groups, different alleles of HLA have different frequency in the population. There cannot be one answer for your question. It is more likely that Blood group O, Rh Positive, HLA-A*01, B*08, DRB1*03 and HLA-A*29, B*44, DRB1*07 would occur in unrelated individuals. Wish you good health!
