Possible reaction to vaccine,. Could be that you simply have a common cold. Could be from an infection, such as an infected tooth. Call your GP or visit Urgent Care for evaluation

Different people have different reactions to vaccination. You may have an intercurrent illness, not related to vaccination. Take acetaminophen for the fever, no more than 4 g in one day. No alcohol. Drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. Do take the second shot of the vaccine if one is needed. Wish you good health!
