No, these are much more likely symptoms of an autistic spectrum disorder. ADHD is very common in people on the autistic spectrum, so this too would fit the diagnosis. I would see a good psychologist for testing and discussion of treatment options. such as behavioral modification that can help you better pick up on social cues. Don't envision this as bad. Many are very creative and inventive!
