A member asked:

Some sites say that when semen enters the man's anus, it will enter the bloodstream, so the immune system fails and the hiv virus occurs, even if the two people are completely healthy?

HIV transmission cannot happen unless one of the partners is positive. Check cdc.gov for details regarding HIV transmission. Using mechanical protection brings peace of mind.

Semen does not enter blood stream. Two men having sex cannot create HIV. One of the two has to be infected with HIV for the partner to get infected. Visit this site for info: https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/basics/transmission.html
