Odd question. HIV does not arise between healthy people during sexual contact. HIV transfers from one infected person to an uninfected person when/if infected fluids pass in a way that the germ can pass to them. Any such transfer will have an incubation period before the infection is can be detected.

No, unless one is infected and unaware. A reliable website to use is cdc.gov regarding HIV transmission.

Men having sex with men do not create HIV. If one partner is not infected, there is no risk for the partner to get HIV. Visit this site for info: https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/basics/transmission.html
