No. None of the currently released vaccines cause a false positive HIV test result. There was an Australian vaccine which was never released (only tested prior to authorization) which caused false positives for HIV. Because of this the vaccine was never released to the public, and studies were discontinued. No other vaccine available to the public has shown this problem including Moderna.

Get the vaccine. Do not be swayed by rumor. I took the vaccine the day after it came out. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
