I have had people with WPW syndrome who wanted clearance. to participate in sports and had them wear an outpatient Holter Monitor for 48 hours of normal activities and then perform a maximal treadmill stress test. If no arrhythmias were triggered they were ok'd for sports. I would think the same would pertain to roller coast riding. Your cardiologist is best to advise you, however.

The WPW syndrome may occur without any rhythm abnormalities,. However in view of the propensity for arrhythmias, it is well to see a cardiologist or an electrophysiologist for confirmation of the diagnosis and follow -up in case arrhythmias occur in the future. Please see a specialist and follow his/her advise. This is important in case you do develop arrhythmias in the future. Good luck.
